 Fencing Fitness is a program is designed to develop physical fitness and muscular flexibility and it combines aerobic activities and fencing movements. It is perfect for someone who is looking for a new and fun physical activity that will shape your body and your mind.

 Fencing Fitness Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00pm.
